Canada Post Strike: How it effects us and What we are doing about it

As you may have heard, Canada Post workers are going on strike starting May 23, 2025. While we fully respect their right to strike and hope for a quick resolution, this development directly impacts our ability to ship orders as usual.

What This Means for our small business

We are committed to getting your orders to you on time. To ensure uninterrupted service, we have partnered with an alternative shipping provider (Chit Chats) during the Canada Post disruption.

However, this new shipping solution comes with higher costs, which significantly affect our small business margins.

Temporary Change to Shipping Policy

Until further notice:

• Free shipping is paused.

• A flat $5.99 CAD shipping fee will apply to all orders, regardless of size or destination within Canada.

We understand this is a change from what you’re used to, and we want to be transparent: this decision helps us keep our small business running without compromising the quality and care you expect from us.
